Sarah is a current member of the Prime Minister’s Youth Council, a non-partisan group that provides advice to the Federal Government from a youth perspective. Sarah is passionate about agriculture, aquaculture, environmental science, and how the three intersect to create food security. Sarah is a keen science communicator, and she holds a Master of Science from Dalhousie University. She has worked in the biotechnology industry and is currently working as a scholarship and research coordinator at Acadia University. With her strong commitment to living in a rural area of Nova Scotia she is interested in income equality and people’s engagement in democracy.
